Cote D Azur, Signing the JV Agreement with Mr. Mario Garnero, the chairman & principal shareholder of the Brasilinvest Group, a private equity fund with investments of US$12 billion, gathers partners from 16 different countries, some of which are still minority shareholders. In addition, Mario Garnero held a position of board director of Volkswagen do Brasil. He is considered as the Father of the Ethanol Car of that time's recently developed Brazilian Ethanol Program, named Proálcool.
