Franz Swanepoel: An African Specialist with over 25 years building and managing businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa. Franz has extensive experience, knowledge, networks and passion for Africa and her people. He speaks several African languages, in addition to English and French. He served as an executive partner in Entreprises Swanepoel S.A., an 88-year-old, family-owned mining, civil construction and agricultural concern in the D.R.C.

In addition to managing infrastructure projects, Franz has successfully built and managed several large-scale agribusinesses businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa. Franz has extensive experience in investment into Africa, project management in Africa and a rich understanding of business in Africa. His practical experience, networks and passion for Africa underpin the planning and implementation of African Earth’s projects. He holds an Executive MBA (University of Cape Town) and a MSc Banking and Finance (Kingston, London).
