Yichen Mao : Senior Executive Adviser, Regional Director for Asia and Pacific
She graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with executive education from Harvard University.
Ms. Mao has over 20 years of combined experience in Operations, international strategic advisory and consulting. Prior to her current appointment at Saudi Crown, she has developed, constructed and continued to co-own several solar stations in Italy, Bulgaria and Greece, and is currently involved in the development of several power and real estate projects in Africa and the United States.
Her expertise includes international market development, outsourcing, specification, innovation management and operations management. After working for IBM, Ms. Mao developed and managed joint venture project between German Company Deutsche Linoleum Werk and WL Industries. Recently, her work includes market developments, logistics and operations planning and contracting, and facilitation of major projects between investors, Chinese SOE and international power and real estate development companies.
Yichen has been appointed Senior Advisor to Saudi Crown Investment since 2014.
